Closet Organization: Jewelry

I finally got around to organizing my jewelry are in my closet! Fabric scraps are a great option for unique artwork and a great way to refrain from wasting them. Today I’ve rounded up some inspiration for you guys! I’ve done this a couple times with some of my favorite fabric scraps I had leftover from making pillows. You can use frames you already have at home or search for unique frames at your local thrift store.

Master Bedroom Updates

We made some updates to our master bedroom recently, the biggest being upgrading to a king bed! It was a long time coming as Anchor sleeps between us every night and it was getting way too crowded in a queen size bed haha We also got some new bedding and did a couple fun DIYs!

Our Library Renovation Design Plans

As many of you may know, we are currently working on our next room renovation which we are calling the library! Some of you may know I’m obsessed with books and reading so this is a dream come true. It will be a place to relax, read, play games and chat with friends. It will be attached to the playroom which will be nice since Anchor and friends can play while adults are in the adjoining room.

Our Fall Front Porch + Tips to Get an Organic Look

I absolutely LOVE this season! Decorating with pumpkins, gourds and fall plants allows for so much creativity and color. I had so much fun decorating our front steps. Everything is from our local mom and pop nursery. The guy ringing me out said “wow you have quite the assortment here” 😂. And I have to say it was a workout getting these pumpkins into my car, then back out and up the pathway to the front steps! So, if you’re looking for some exercise, just decorate your front porch.
