Master Bedroom Updates

The bedding was given to me by Garnet Hill in exchange for my honest review.

We made some updates to our master bedroom recently, the biggest being upgrading to a king bed! It was a long time coming as Anchor sleeps between us every night and it was getting way too crowded in a queen size bed haha We also got some new bedding and did a couple fun DIYs!

As you guys may know by now, I LOVE Garnet Hill bedding! They have such a great selection of natural materials in serene colors. This duvet cover is one we already had, but we added the oatmeal blanket and green throw for a fresh, spring touch.

The diamond weave blanket is super soft and cozy. We personally don’t love or use a top sheet so its a nice layer to have between us and the duvet. The brushed-cotton throw is such a pretty shade of sage that adds some soft color to the bed, and I love the selvage edges for that organic look!

The art above the bed is scrap fabric I had leftover from a pillow I made (one of my favorite fabrics to date!), that I put in a frame I thrifted from goodwill and painted white.
