Our powder bath reveal! Small changes can make a big impact. We didn’t do anything majorly drastic but what we did do freshened up the space and brought it more in line with the rest of our home. I wanted this space to feel fresh, warm, simple and natural.

Read MoreOur veggie garden is in full swing for the summer! At the moment we’re getting lots of raspberries, mint, arugula and basil while other things are just starting to flower and grow. Gardening to me is such a rewarding experience— it teaches patience, perseverance and being in touch with nature. I especially love getting to share the experience with my kids; Showing them where food actually comes from and the work needed to grow that food. Below I’m sharing what we planted and some things I’ve learned from my few years of gardening!

I wanted to make the closet more functional for the kids, meaning they can reach everything they need and easily put their things away. What started as me just wanting to add a low peg rail turned into a closet overhaul (and we ended up updating our coat closet as well!).

Read MoreThis is our fourth year with this veggie garden! Each year we’ve done small little updates. We constructed it in 2019, added the herb box in 2020, and added the paver and rocks in front of the gate in 2021. This year we added little hooks next to the herb box to hang gardening tools so I don’t have to bring them back and forth from the house.
