What paint color is used on your interior walls?
All of our renovated rooms are Benjamin Moore Aura in White Dove, eggshell finish.
Where did you get your front door? What kind of door is it? What color did you paint it?
We got our front door through Ener-G Tech in Stratford, CT. It is a fiberglass 4-lite door and the brand is Masonite. We painted it in Benjamin Moore Aura, Hawthorne Yellow.
What is your exterior home color?
Benjamin Moore Dove Wing body, BM Snowfall White trim.
Where are your garage lights from?
Barnlight USA. They are the Original Warehouse Gooseneck Light, 16in shade, powder coat black. Here’s the full blog post on the garage exterior makeover.
What kind of hardwood floors have you been putting in your home?
They are 7in wide white oak, character grade. There is no stain, just a water based finish for protection. Our entryway floors are a mix of character #1 and select white oak in 3 inch widths, 13 inches long, set in a herringbone pattern. Here is a post on the entryway floors.
Where do you get your interior houseplants from?
Most are from Terrain.
What plants are in your landscaping? Where did you get them from? Were they done professionally?
Most of our outdoor plants are from Seven Maples in Monroe, CT. We have lots of hydrangeas, lavender, daisies, azaleas, rhododendron, arborvitae, catmint and boxwoods. We had help professionally with layout and choosing a plant arrangement that will look good year round. Here is a post regarding our front landscaping.
