Ice Castles

We finally made it to the Ice Castles in New Hampshire! I wanted to go so badly last year, but by the time I found out about it and went online to get tickets they were sold out for the season. 

We made a little weekend out of it and stayed in Portsmouth, NH which is such a cute town! It has a lot of character, small shops and restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Some of Dan's family live around there so we got to meet them for dinner and we got the most delicious hot chocolate after!

The Ice Castles are incredible!! I can't believe they make that! It's like a maze inside and there are slides, too! I'd like to go back when Anchor is a little older because I think he would appreciate it a bit more :)

It was a fun little getaway, made even better that Dan's birthday was that weekend :)
