We LOVE to read in this house. We also love perusing small bookshops, and with everything going on right now we really worry about them staying in business! You can support indie bookshops from home by purchasing your books via bookshop.org. You can choose a specific shop you want to support, or let it be dispersed across all small bookshops. How cool is that? So, today I’ve rounded up some of our favorite picture books like teach important life lessons/morals and I’ve linked to them via bookshop.org! This is NOT sponsored, I just really love books and small bookshops! See below for the list :)

Read MoreI have to admit I don’t plan to do a crazy spring clean this year. My weekly cleaning routine is pretty sufficient to keep our home in good shape. There are a few spaces/things I will do as a “spring clean”, but for the most part I try to keep up with everything throughout the year. In today’s post I’m sharing links to past cleaning posts, including Spring Cleaning in 5 Steps. I hope these are helpful! Tell me in the comments below if you do a big spring cleaning every year!

Read MoreCharleston is a place that has been on my “must visit” list for quite some time. When we got news that we had a wedding to attend in Myrtle Beach we just knew we had to extend the trip and go to Charleston! I’m SO glad we did. It was the perfect time of year because crowds were down since kids were back in school but it was still warm. It was just such an amazing time and I highly recommend it. We were there for 6 days but there is still so much we didn’t get to do. I told Dan if we ever buy a vacation home, we are getting one in Charleston! :)
I’m sharing some of the things we did and enjoyed below!
Read MoreI'm all for making food fun, enjoyable and switching things up—especially for kids! The better it looks, the more likely my son is to eat it. And what’s more fun than a snack board?!
Read MoreWe just got back from a long weekend in Maine and it was such a great little getaway! We have been hearing great things about Portland so decided to go there and were not disappointed! We stayed in the cutest airbnb in a great location. We’re sharing our favorites of what we did on the trip below!
Read MoreI’ve been wanting to do a major wardrobe overhaul for some time now. I’ve had a few instances where I went through my closet and got rid of a lot of items, but never really with much of a plan or strategy. My goal is to create a wardrobe that I’m proud of, feel great in and can be worn again and again. I want to LOVE every piece.
