Kids Snack Board Perfect For Playdates or a Fun Lunch
I'm all for making food fun, enjoyable and switching things up—especially for kids! The better it looks, the more likely my son is to eat it. And what’s more fun than a snack board?!
I also love having healthy snacks out for playdates, so this is perfect! Anchor really loves this as a lunch, too and I definitely share it with him because it’s too good!
Tailor your’s to your child’s likes and needs, but I’m sharing this just to give an idea of a variety that works!
We do a sweet side and a savory side. One side has veggies and hummus along with cashew tortillas that I break into pieces. I also add some turkey sausage cut up. The other side is filled with berries and apple slices along with GF graham crackers to dip into dessert hummus. And if you haven’t tried dessert hummus I HIGHLY recommend it! SO YUM! We get ours at Whole Foods. The brand is called “delighted by” and we get the mint chocolate flavor.
