When creating this year’s fall home, my goal was to appeal to the 5 senses: sight- pretty branches and flameless candles, feel- bringing out the cozy blankets, smell- diffusing combinations of my favorite fall essential oils, sound: opening windows to hear the wind rustling the leaves or the sound of a crackling fire, taste- cozy, restful time enjoying chai lattes or coffee brewed with pumpkin spice. Here’s to a cozy fall season!

Here’s a look at our powder bath plans! We want the space to feel light, fresh and simple with lots of natural materials and warm accents.

We aren’t doing anything too drastic in here, but everything will get updated. Floors will be a beautiful honed limestone in a herringbone pattern, we’ll replace the beadboard, bringing it higher up the wall, give a fresh coat of paint to the whole space, replace the pedestal sink with a white oak vanity, swap the light fixture and toilet and add in some artwork.
