I was inspired to start this new series of “home basics” while I was going over my goals and plans for Root and Dwell in the year ahead. The Root and Dwell style is all about a timeless and thoughtful base upon which to add personal, soulful and cozy touches. Basics such as these can work in many homes and stand the test of time style-wise. Beautiful pieces that we won’t tire of seeing in our home and look to replace are important to set the foundation of our home.
