Neutral Table Lamps For Every Budget

We have lots of pretty, neutral table lamp options at all price budgets to share with you today! I just went through quite the ordeal ordering a lamp for the library, so am sharing my tips with you guys in hopes I can save you from making the same mistakes! The first lamp I ordered was too big/overpowering for the table and then I ordered this cutie but the wrong kind of shade. But it’s finally set up and I’m really happy with how it looks in here! I propped it on a couple of books for height and interest.

Things to keep in mind when purchasing a table lamp:
size
I know this sounds obvious but it stinks when you fall in love with a lamp just to take it home and find out it either overpowers or underpowered a space. Take measurements of the table its going on as well as the height you wish the lamp to be, especially if there is artwork or a mirror above it.
style and color
Does it go with he vibe of your space? Does the color fit within or complement the color family that already exists in the room?
lamp shades
Does it come with a shade? If not you will need to order separately and you want to make sure you get the right size and type of shade for the lamp.
bulbs
Your lamp will tell you the maximum wattage it can safely handle.
