Autumn Bedding + Our Fall Family Bucket List

The bedding was given to me by Garnet Hill in exchange for my honest review.

I’m sure by now you guys know I love switching up our bedding for the seasons :) I think it’s such a great way to “decorate” for the new season, plus it’s practical since we need to change up the layers anyway! I’m so happy to be partnering with Garnet Hill again to use their beautifully made bedding for our fall look.

Fall to me is about calm colors, cozy textures and thoughtful layering. So I went with a subdued, earthy color palette for our bedding.

For this look I started with a base of white sheets. I left out the top sheet and only used the fitted. I chose this really beautiful organic cotton blanket that is SO soft and this gorgeous linen duvet cover in “oatmeal” with matching pillow cases. I reused this linen throw pillow cover because the ochre color really works in both summer and fall.

Linen bedding is my favorite because it really works in any season, is SO cozy and I really love the wrinkled/relaxed look of it.

See how our fall bedding compares to our summer bedding look.

I’m just loving these colors and textures together! So earthy and relaxing.

The fringe on all sides of this blanket is such a beautiful, raw touch that I decided to leave it untucked.

Speaking of fall, who creates a fall bucket list?! I think this is the only season we really do this in because it’s my absolute favorite and I feel like I want to make the most of it!

Here’s a few things on our list!

Take Sasco to the beach (in summer the beach is off limits to dogs, but after Labor Day they are welcome!)

Go for walks through the birch tree trail (this is a trail we found a couple years ago and LOVE!)

Go for a fall foliage drive through our state

Have fire pit evenings outside (“with marshmallows!”-Anchor)

Coffee on the deck in the mornings with blankets and sweaters

Read autumn themed books with Anchor

“Grow flowers”-Anchor

Tell us, what’s on your fall bucket list this year?!
