It is no secret that I love a New England autumn! Cozy sweaters, warm apple cider, candle light and fires <3 Setting the mood inside the home is as important to me as what's going on outside the home during the fall. Today I'm sharing some inspiring fall decor from around the web and some of my favorite fall picks!
As much as I love the season I don't want to overdo it with decorations. I like to keep it simple and modern—a touch of autumn. Heavy knit throws, antique wire baskets, autumn scented candles, and dried wheat and cotton stems are just a few of the ways to add hints of the season.
What a beautiful vignette on the coffee table to set the fall mood!
I love the simplicity of a dried wheat wreath.
Foraged branches set in vases around the home are a great way to bring the outside in.
Wood tones are a beautiful color/texture for fall. Try a wooden bowl placed on the counter for fresh picked apples or set your bread paddles on display.
Nothing sets the mood for fall quite like a fire and candles for ambiance! Try setting battery powered flame effect candles in pretty lanterns on a fireplace hearth or around the home.
