Library Renovation Progress

Here’s a look at the progress we’ve made so far in the library! Pretty much the only structural thing missing is what makes it an actual library—the built-in bookshelves 😂 That’s up next! But here’s a look at what we’ve done thus far:

• Replaced old hardwood with new wide plank, white oak hardwood. Sanded and sealed matte clear.

• Shiplap ceiling

• Cut out doorway where there was none before and added French doors

• Painted everything White Dove

• Installed Pendant light. It was a single bulb which did NOT give off enough light, so we bought a 3 bulb adapter which gives off SO much more light now.
